Adult Coaching, Support, and Feedback
Management and coaching are two different things. How do adults like to be developed and coached? How should special education leaders give adults effective feedback this is clear, actionable, and non-threatening – and how do create opportunities to receive feedback from the adults they are coaching? This session distinguishes between managing and coaching and supports special education leaders in developing their colleagues.
